Presentation of the multidisciplinary team in the field of deinstitutionalization

The event will present team members and the key goals and activities of the project. Special emphasis will be placed on the importance of integration and cooperation between all relevant stakeholders – service providers, the local community, decision-makers and other partners – as integration and cooperation are key to the successful implementation of deinstitutionalisation processes and the sustainable development of support in the community.
